Windows 11, Should You Upgrade or Not?
The latest version of Windows 10 was released in July, and it’s seen steady improvement ever since. Many users have begun to wonder if it’s time to make the leap to the latest version, Windows 11. Microsoft has never been shy about making drastic changes to its operating system, and if you haven’t updated yet, there’s a lot to consider.
Windows 11 is the next major version of Microsoft’s operating system or OS. It’s the first Windows OS to be designed for touchscreen, mouse, and keyboard users and adds more flexibility for users with special needs. Although Windows 10 is still a newer version, it’s still something that you need to consider, especially if you’re using a PC.
Windows 10 was a great operating system, but Microsoft promised an even better one. They delivered a new operating system, Windows 11, that is faster, more secure, and more reliable. Windows 11 is being supported by Microsoft for only 3 years, meaning it will be around for only 3 years. After that, Microsoft will no longer be providing support and updates. Therefore, it is important to consider whether you should upgrade to Windows 11.
The advantages of using Windows 11 for your new computer or your existing computer over Windows XP or 7 are indisputable. In my opinion, moving up to Windows 10 or Windows 11 from Windows XP or 7 is not always necessary, and in some cases, it can even be a good idea to stay with the older OSes.
Microsoft has been working hard to improve Windows since the Windows 8 days, but the latest OS, Windows 11, is shaping up to be the most significant update to Windows in years. As a result, the new update is already getting a lot of attention, and with good reason. Windows 11 brings back the Start Menu and makes it easier to style the new Start Menu, enabling you to add a few of your favorite apps to the Start Menu, such as the Weather, News, and People apps.
